How to Use : Begin with a warm bath or shower; rinse skin thoroughly. Next, thoroughly mix the polish using the enclosed wooden spoon or your hands. Massage the polish onto wet skin using a gentle circular motion, starting from below the neck and working down. Leave polish on for 2-3 minutes then rinse your body slowly using your hands and warm running water. Polish can be used 1-2 times per week. This product is not recommended for use as a facial scrub.
