How quickly is my online order processed?
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days upon receipt (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow up to 15 business days for customized fragrance orders to process (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is received, and another email with detailed tracking information once your order has shipped.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Currently we offer $11 flat-rate UPS ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States. UPS Ground shipping typically takes 2-8 days to arrive, but please keep in mind there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
Anderson + Joy is not liable for any lost, misdelivered, stolen, or delayed packages. If you experience any of these issues please contact UPS directly with your tracking information.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Absolutely! At checkout please indicate if the order is a gift and if you’d like us to include a complimentary, personalized gift message. You can choose to have your order shipped to you or directly to the gift recipient at no additional charge.
My package arrived damaged/items were missing. Now what?

How long will my products last after I opened them?
We recommend you use your Anderson + Joy products within 12 months of opening.
Are all of your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. We are certified by PETA as a vegan and cruelty-free company. All of our products are vegan and never tested on animals. We exclusively use ingredients that are vegan and cruelty-free and were not tested on animals.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are handmade in Connecticut in our state-licensed cosmetic lab. You can view our CT Dept. of Consumer Protection Cosmetic Manufacturer license here.
What’s the best way to store my products?
We suggest storing your purchases in a cool, dry place away from moisture, direct sunlight, and excessive heat. Store products below 75° F / 24° C. Our Exfoliating Body Polishes and Pet Cleansers can be stored safely in your bathroom and shower.
